Sip Plus Games 2026 will take place on July 11–12, 2026. The Event is open to eligible participants who successfully complete the official registration process and payment requirements within the registration period. Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation and the Sip Plus Games organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, heats, venue layouts, workout flow, categories, and other event details when necessary for operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an official confirmation email. Participants must provide complete and accurate information during registration. Registration slots are limited and will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. Participants may only compete in the category officially registered under. Event inclusions may vary depending on the registration category or tier.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all registration and entry fees paid for Sip Plus Games are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, participant withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, travel issues, or failure to attend the Event.

By registering for Sip Plus Games, participants acknowledge and agree that the Event may be cancelled, suspended, modified, or postponed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, public emergencies, war, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions, government regulations or interventions, venue restrictions, major accidents, or other force majeure events. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation and the Sip Plus Games organizers reserve the right to reschedule the Event to a later date at their sole discretion. Should a participant be unable to attend the rescheduled Event date, no refund, transfer, deferral, or credit to future events shall be provided.

Participants must satisfy the minimum age requirement stated in the official Event guidelines. Participants below 18 years old must secure consent from a parent or legal guardian. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the Event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed medically unfit, unsafe, or in violation of Event policies.

All participants are required to complete athlete check-in within the official schedule announced by the organizers. Participants must present a valid government-issued ID and any required confirmation documents during check-in. Failure to complete athlete check-in within the designated schedule may result in forfeiture of the participant's slot without refund. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information submitted is accurate prior to check-in.

Official participant start times and heat assignments will be released three (3) days before the Event date. Participants are responsible for checking official Sip Plus Games communication channels for their assigned schedule and updates. The organizers reserve the right to adjust heat assignments and start times when necessary for operational, safety, or competition requirements. Participants who fail to report to the designated assembly or starting area on time may be marked as DNS (Did Not Start) and may no longer be accommodated in succeeding heats.

Participants who choose to cancel their participation after completing registration shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or transfer of registration fees unless otherwise determined by the organizers. Failure to attend the Event, regardless of reason, shall be treated as a voluntary cancellation by the participant.

Requests for transfer of registration or change of participant name will only be accepted until June 30, 2026. All transfer requests are subject to organizer approval and may require submission of supporting documents and applicable administrative fees. No participant transfers, substitutions, or changes of category shall be allowed after June 30, 2026. The organizers reserve the right to reject transfer requests that are incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent with Event policies.

Participants are expected to comply with all Event rules, workout standards, judge instructions, and safety protocols at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, abusive behavior, or any action that compromises fairness or safety may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the Event without refund. The organizers reserve the right to review scores, penalties, workout standards, and judging decisions before finalizing official results.

Participation in Sip Plus Games involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, accidents, permanent disability, or death. By participating, all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event and release, waive, and hold harmless Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation, Sip Plus Games, sponsors, partners, venue owners, affiliates, organizers, staff, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Event. Participants acknowledge that the organizers may administer or arrange emergency medical assistance when deemed necessary during the Event.

Participants are responsible for monitoring official Event announcements regarding race kit claiming schedules, inclusions, and claiming procedures. Unclaimed race kits, merchandise, or Event inclusions beyond the announced claiming period may no longer be accommodated. The organizers reserve the right to substitute Event items when necessary due to supply availability or operational considerations.

Spectator access is ticketed and subject to venue capacity limitations. Spectator tickets may be purchased through the official online registration or ticketing platform. Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid spectator ticket or confirmation. Spectators are expected to comply with all venue rules, Event policies, and safety guidelines. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. By entering the Event venue, all participants and spectators grant the organizers the right to photograph, film, record, and use their name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any Event-related content for promotional, marketing, advertising, documentation, and commercial purposes across all media platforms without compensation or prior approval.

Personal information collected during registration and Event participation will be used for Event operations, participant communication, marketing activities, and legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation and the Sip Plus Games organizers regarding Event operations, participation, penalties, judging, disputes, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered final.
